We're committed to making good design accessible to all. If the items you've ordered are not working exactly right for you, we've got you covered.

Take your pieces for a spin in front of the mirror! You've got some time for try ons, confidently knowing you can return any item (some exceptions apply) for any reason within 30 days. We just ask for items to be unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened. Your return will be processed as BTV Shopping Credits equivalent to the purchase price, and will last a year from being issued!

All exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.

Here's how it goes:

  1. Submit your return request.
  2. The Crew will take a couple of days to review your return.
  3. You'll receive an email notifying that the return is approved.
  4. Mail your items to The BTV Studio within 7 days.  All return shipping charges will be bourne by the customer.
  5. The Crew will process your returns once we've checked on them and made sure that everything is in place! This will take a couple of working days, as items would need to be transferred back to the Studio to be processed.

We are unable to process returns on all sale items, socks, eye masks, face masks, drinkware, stationery, and personalised products. All purchase with purchases orders will have to be returned as an order. You may only return your items once, and store credits are valid for a year from date of return.

(2) Have it mailed back to us using registered postage! 
All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.
