You can return any items (some exceptions apply*) within 30 days of purchase in exchange for BTV Shopping Credits. You may return your items only once, and credits will be valid for a year from the date of issue! To be eligible for a return, items should be unwashed, with hangtags still securely fastened.

Mail

Mail your items to The BTV Studio or drop them off at our Design Stores within 7 days. All return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Once our Crew have checked your items and made sure everything is in place, we’ll credit you your BTV Shopping Credits.
